Post number 198!- A blessing in disguise.

I used to question myself "Am i that type of person?"

I finally knew why. I finally knew the answer to my unanswered question.

I go for tuition. Yes, i need help in my studies. Anyway, the tuition that i go to is in a house very close to my grandma's. So what i would do is to safe patrol and walk. And obviously, i walk home after class too.

But that particullar 3 minutes journey back was different. I usually sing or talk to myself on things i got to do when i get back(Yes, there's absolutely nothing wrong talking to yourself) on my way back home. But that night was different. I went home with a troubled heart. I couldn't stop thinking about the old lady who lives next door. Lets call her Mary.

Mary is an old lady who lives next to my tuition place. Ok she don't exactly live alone. Her kids comes back at late nights but my point still stands. Mary has no communication to the outside world. Oh she also has astro on demand cause i saw an astro antenna above her house. But anyway, what she would do to practice her social skills is to talk to us. Students. What Mary would do is whenever any tuition class ends, she would walk outside to the porch and try to start a conversation with student while they wait for their parents.

That night, she came and talk to my friend and i. I could see it in her eyes how much she value the conversation we had. She would try her very best to make each conversation a memorable one to keep. Each word we said really meant a lot to her. I could feel the pain and the rejection that she goes through. Sigh... That night, i went home with my eyes wet. My ego-istic heart has turned into a little "strawberry". Each tears i shed represented something more. God shared with me something more than i asked Him for.

I finally understood what "Break my heart for what breaks Yours" really mean. My question has been answered after a long long time. Nice going God. Cheers!
